What You'll Do6
- 1Prepare complete and accurate estimates for commercial fire sprinkler systems
- 2Review plans specifications bid packages and addenda for detailed material and labor takeoffs
- 3Develop competitive pricing strategies while supporting operational goals
- 4Collaborate with project managers designers and field leadership during preconstruction and project turnover
- 5Participate in job walks client meetings proposal reviews and presentations
- 6Assist with change orders value engineering scope reviews and estimating best practices ensuring NFPA compliance
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong understanding of AWS services
- 3Proficiency in React framework
- 4Experience with Kubernetes architecture
- 5Certification: CPC Card
