What You'll Do11
- 1Own comprehensive chairside assisting duties with a minimum of 2 years experience
- 2Implement protocols that enhance patient comfort and satisfaction
- 3Collaborate with dentists to design efficient workflow systems
- 4Train and mentor junior assistants to maintain high standards
- 5Maintain accurate patient records and sterilization processes
- 6Drive quality improvement initiatives within clinical settings

Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in general dentistry
- 2CPC Card certification required
- 3BCBA credential preferred
- 4Valid CDA or RDA license with radiography capability
- 5Minimum 2-3 years specialized chairside assisting experience
- 6Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- 7Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- 8Proven track record of teamwork in fast-paced environments
- 9Ability to commute from Chandler AZ 85286
