Lead Data Product Manager, Customer Information Management
Overview
You will lead complex data product initiatives for Customer Information Management (CIM) within Wells Fargo's Consumer Banking & Lending group, impacting 5+ million customers. Drive data enablement and capabilities across AWS, Kafka, and MongoDB platforms, working with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems. Your decisions on roadmap and architecture will shape enterprise customer data quality and agility. What You'll Do9
- 1Lead complex data product initiatives, including cross-functional projects with broad impact, driving data enablement across AWS, Kafka, and MongoDB.
- 2Design and maintain data product roadmaps with detailed specifications, requirements, and flows for data capabilities, using JIRA for tracking.
- 3Drive data enablement strategies and roadmaps while adhering to data governance standards and integrating Hogan CIS.
- 4Make decisions on prioritization, roadmap, and architecture design to inform data product solutions and meet business needs.
- 5Collaborate with peers and senior managers to resolve data product issues and achieve goals, leading projects and mentoring teams.
- 6Manage complex datasets focusing on data consumers' business needs, ensuring adherence to data governance.
- 7Support Customer Information Management scrum teams to deliver product features aligned with enterprise objectives.
- 8Define, measure, and track product OKRs and key performance indicators to demonstrate business value.
- 9Serve as a strategic liaison between data management, product teams, data engineering, and architecture teams throughout the data product life cycle.
Requirements10
- 15+ years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military, or education.
- 24+ years in Agile methodology experience.
- 33+ years experience in large enterprise platforms, complex implementations, business technology solutions, or event-driven architecture.
- 4Previous experience working with JIRA (creating features, epics, user stories).
- 5Experience in customer data sub-domains such as identity, relationships, communication methods, preferences, or privacy.
- 6Demonstrated experience with data governance standards and working with technology partners.
- 7Strong analytic background and proven ability to work within a product team.
- 8Working understanding of Hogan CIS.
- 9Understanding of modernized microservices including MongoDB, Kafka, and APIs.
- 10Ability to travel up to 10% and work in a hybrid schedule.
Salary Insight
$119 - $206k per year
