Overview
Manage full-scale laundry operations ensuring efficient retrieval processing and distribution of linens for guests. This role requires leading inventory control and machine maintenance across 24 hour facility. Seeking candidate who can deliver consistent service while maintaining safety standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Sort stained damaged items and determine rewash or discard status while tracking inventory of discarded materials
- 2Operate ironing and folding machines according to specifications and process cleaned articles through them
- 3Fold cleaned articles and organize them by type and size placing stacks in designated distribution areas
- 4Remove lint and debris from dryer filters following departmental procedures
- 5Apply cleaning chemicals in compliance with OSHA regulations and hotel requirements
- 6Monitor chemical and water usage to optimize consumption
- 7Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout shift
- 8Restock work areas for next shift as assigned
- 9Turn in lost and found items and all guest room keys
- 10Adhere to company policies follow safety procedures know fire prevention protocols and use protective equipment
- 11Report unsafe conditions accidents injuries near misses property damage or loss to management
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in hospitality housekeeping
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified relevant experience
- 55+ years working with washing machines and dryers
