Overview
You will own lash and brow services at LashBar™ Santa Clara, delivering Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extensions with LED lash technology and the patented lash plate system. The studio sits in Santa Clara Square Plaza near Whole Foods and Sephora. The team offers top-tier training and a supportive franchise environment. This role blends artistry with client education, plus growth potential in a rapidly expanding franchise.
What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extensions, tailoring each set to client preferences.
- 2Perform lash lifts, brow laminations, tints, and waxing using patented lash plate system and LED lash technology.
- 3Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance to ensure long-lasting results and repeat visits.
- 4Promote memberships, packages, and retail products, earning 10% commission on sales.
- 5Maintain a clean, modern, ergonomic workstation, following sanitation protocols.
- 6Support day-to-day studio operations, from appointment flow to client check-in.
Requirements6
- 1Valid California Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Required).
- 21+ year experience as a Lash Stylist (Required).
- 3Skilled in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash techniques.
- 4Experience with lash lifts, brow laminations, tints, and waxing.
- 5Certified in lash extensions (preferred).
- 6Passionate about beauty and lash artistry, with strong customer service skills.
