Overview
Lead and execute all landscape design installation care and maintenance projects for the clubhouse grounds pool and tennis facility. Oversee turf management and collaborate with the Director of Agronomy. Own the vision and execution of landscape initiatives at a high scale.
What You'll Do11

- 2Install and maintain irrigation systems with AWS cloud integration
- 3Supervise crew members performing heavy lifting tasks exceeding 50 lbs
- 4Perform physical labor including bending crouching and standing for extended periods
- 5Drive operational efficiency through Kubernetes containerization of monitoring tools
- 6Analyze soil health data using Spark and Airflow pipelines
- 7Develop seasonal landscaping plans aligned with client expectations
- 8Implement safety protocols for outdoor work environments
- 9Coordinate with external vendors for equipment and material procurement
- 10Monitor weather conditions and adjust schedules accordingly
- 11Present quarterly landscape performance reports to club leadership
Requirements10
- 15+ years managing large-scale landscaping projects
- 23-5 seasons experience in groundskeeping
- 3AWS Certified infrastructure management
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5BCBA credential optional
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark
- 75+ years maintaining Airflow workflows
- 85+ years operating React applications
- 95+ years deploying Kubernetes clusters
- 103-5 years supervising field teams
