Land Survey - Instrument Operator

Our firm has over 30 years of experience providing construction stakeouts boundary surveys and 3D laser scanning for industries like construction engineering and land development.
What You'll Do6
- 1Perform field surveying phases including Construction Stakeout Topographical Surveys Preliminary Boundary Analysis/Stake Out and As-Built surveys
- 2Utilize tools like Trimble/Leica/Spectre robotic total stations data collectors auto levels GPS RTK Units and 3D Laser Scanners
- 3Conduct field calculations and sketches while maintaining accuracy of all survey documents
- 4Maintain and care for company equipment and vehicles ensuring proper setup and safety precautions
- 5Represent the brand professionally and communicate regularly with customers on-site
- 6Drive process improvements and adopt new technologies as opportunities arise
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading instrument operations in diverse environments
- 3Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs
- 4Strong math and computer skills with willingness to obtain additional certifications
- 5High school diploma and proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
- 6Experience with robotic total stations data collection software and GPS RTK units
- 7Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- 8Experience with OSHA Hazwoper TWIC and other safety protocols
