What You'll Do11

  • 2Collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators to develop Processing Instruction Sheets
  • 3Process research samples accurately following study protocols and maintain sterility
  • 4Obtain and maintain IATA certification for hazardous specimen shipping
  • 5Package and ship samples according to federal IATA guidelines
  • 6Monitor freezer and refrigerator temperatures and archive logs biannually
  • 7Assist with study monitor and site visits for sample collection and documentation
  • 8Participate in informed consent procedures for the Pediatric Bio repository
  • 9Maintain organized frozen tissue archives and review databases with pathology leadership
  • 10Archive and distribute temperature logs to clinical research coordinators
  • 11Review eligibility requirements and support informed consent processes

  • 1Minimum 2 years related experience
  • 2Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare field
  • 3Certification for Clinical Research Associates upon hire
