What You'll Do8
- 1Cook World Famous Chicken Wings and other menu items to exact specifications using Hooters recipes and food safety standards.
- 2Follow Hooters recipes and food safety procedures to ensure every dish meets quality and safety requirements.
- 3Plate every order picture-perfect before it hits the table, maintaining presentation standards in a high-volume kitchen.
- 4Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked, including washing dishes, wiping surfaces, and managing waste in line with Hooters cleanliness standards.
- 5Work side-by-side with the kitchen crew to coordinate order timing and maintain speed during peak hours.
- 6Communicate clearly with the front-of-house team to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- 7Learn and rotate through all kitchen stations, including grill, fryer, and prep, to support team flexibility.
- 8Follow all Hooters safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements7
- 1No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for all kitchen roles.
- 2Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- 3Food Handler's Card preferred but not required at hire; must obtain within 30 days of employment.
- 4Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a high-energy restaurant setting.
- 5Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Hooters recipes and procedures exactly.
- 6Positive attitude and teamwork mindset, with a focus on reliability and punctuality.
