Kitchen Team Member Cook, restaurant operations
Overview
Own kitchen responsibilities in a multi-station role including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo. You will support the production of all Buffalo Wild Wings food items, creating memorable experiences for guests. Work within the heart of the house in a fast paced environment and grow through best in class training and advancement opportunities. This role emphasizes reliability, detail, and guest service throughout shift operations.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build part of a high volume kitchen by station coverage across chip shake grill southwest and expo
- 2Design and execute food preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery during service
- 3Lead by example in a team driven environment to support guest experience and line efficiency
- 4Ship orders accurately and maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all stations
- 5Own issue resolution and communicate needs to teammates and supervisors to keep service flowing
