What You'll Do9

- 4Develop and train team members in kitchen best practices and operational excellence
- 5Analyze performance metrics and implement process optimizations within the first 90 days
- 6Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate supply requests with regional managers
- 7Supervise cooking stations and expeditor functions to guarantee timely order fulfillment
- 8Resolve on‑shift conflicts promptly while fostering a respectful and inclusive environment
- 9Drive cost‑saving initiatives by monitoring waste and optimizing ingredient usage
Requirements8
- 1Self‑led professional with 5+ years leading kitchen teams
- 2Proven ability to multitask under pressure and deliver results quickly
- 3Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience coaching diverse staff
- 4Certified in AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud credential
- 5Experience with Kubernetes for scalable infrastructure management
- 6Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- 7Commitment to continuous learning and obtaining BCBA certification
