What You'll Do9
- 1Oversee all aspects of keynote operations for Google’s highest priority events such as I/O and Engage

- 4Troubleshoot daily operational challenges related to equipment logistics system access and travel arrangements
- 5Interact with vendors contingent workers and functional groups to guarantee flawless event delivery
- 6Drive improvements in workflow efficiency using AI productivity tools to solve complex problems
- 7Motivate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to align operational goals

Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading marketing event operations or project management roles
- 3Experience supporting executive speakers and managing contingent workforce teams
- 4Ability to travel for events and work non-standard hours during critical production periods
- 5Proficiency with AWS Certified solutions and Kubernetes architecture
- 6Strong project management and operational capabilities
- 7Exceptional organizational and scheduling expertise
- 8Proven track record of troubleshooting complex technical and logistical issues
- 9Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing
