Key Holder, Retail & Cash Management
Overview
You will own store operations at a leading prestige beauty brand, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales targets. Working alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you will lead a team of beauty advisors, coaching them to deliver personalized service. You will handle cash reconciliation, open and close the store, and uphold brand standards. This role offers your first step into supervision, with growth paths across Estée Lauder's global portfolio.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the sales floor by modeling service behaviors that drive sales and customer loyalty.
- 2Coach and mentor team members on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- 3Carry out cash reconciliation at store open and close, ensuring accuracy.
- 4Open and close the store on a rota basis, managing security and procedures.
- 5Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including visual merchandising.
- 6Drive results by setting goals and tracking team performance against targets.
- 7Resolve customer issues with authenticity, turning challenges into loyalty.
- 8Maintain operational excellence in inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Requirements7
- 12+ years in retail, ideally in cosmetics or luxury goods.
- 2Proven ability to deliver inspirational and personalized customer service.
- 3Cash handling experience with end-of-day reconciliation.
- 4Supervisory experience, including coaching others to hit targets.
- 5Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and events.
- 6Hands-on with point-of-sale software for transactions.
- 7Eligibility to work in the country without sponsorship.
