What You'll Do10
- 1Engage with business owners and key stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and workflows
- 2Provide clear routine and effective communication between Product Delivery Team and stakeholders
- 3Develop technical documentation capturing system functionality and workflows
- 4Lead creation of technical user manuals
- 5Conduct presentations and communicate product features to stakeholders and Business Owners
- 6Coordinate cross-team initiatives and manage stakeholder communications
- 7Perform issue risk change management and solutioning
- 8Execute User Acceptance Testing and confirm solution alignment with business needs
- 9Oversee product deployments according to plan monitor progress and resolve emerging issues
- 10Monitor system performance troubleshoot problems and support end users
Requirements6
- 1Active and maintained SECRET federal or DoD clearance
- 2Bachelor's degree with five or more years of experience supporting business process improvement
- 3Experience with the Department of State
- 4Familiarity with Kahua construction management software
- 5Understanding of Agile methodologies such as SAFe Scrum and Kanban
- 6Proficiency with Azure DevOps
