Requirements5
- 15+ years building competitive wrestling programs using Spark and Airflow frameworks.
- 21-3 seasons leading youth sports teams with emphasis on mentorship and performance.
- 3CPC Card certification required for coaching eligibility.
- 4BCBA credential preferred for advanced technical expertise.
- 55+ years designing and implementing training regimens that improve athlete outcomes.
