Junior Systems Administrator, PMWeb & PMIS Support
Overview
You will own the day-to-day administration of PMWeb for capital programs, supporting project controls across the firm. You will configure modules, manage user access, and resolve help desk tickets for project teams. Working under the PMWeb Senior Administrator, you'll collaborate with IT and vendors to enhance system performance and data integrity. This role offers hands-on experience with PMIS platforms and exposure to Power BI and Tableau reporting tools.
What You'll Do9
- 1Configure PMWeb modules for Cost, Schedule, Forms, and Workflows to align with project controls needs.
- 2Manage user account setup, permissions, and project structures within PMWeb to ensure secure access.
- 3Resolve help desk tickets and system issues, providing timely support to end users.
- 4Audit system data to maintain accuracy and integrity across project records.
- 5Collaborate with senior administrators and IT to test and deploy PMWeb upgrades and integrations.
- 6Support data migration efforts, validating data to ensure seamless transitions.
- 7Document system configurations, user guides, and standard operating procedures for PMWeb.
- 8Develop training materials and onboard new users on PMWeb features and workflows.
- 9Gather user feedback and track enhancement requests to support system improvements.
Requirements9
- 12+ years supporting PMWeb or a similar PMIS platform.
- 2Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Construction Management, IT, or Engineering.
- 3Experience administering PMWeb or similar systems like e-Builder, Unifier, or Procore.
- 4Understanding of Project Controls, project accounting, or capital program management.
- 5Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- 6Basic knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data management.
- 7Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer service focus.
- 8Excellent communication skills to support both technical and non-technical users.
- 9Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment.
