What You'll Do11
- 1Assist senior technicians with residential service calls repairs installations and maintenance
- 2Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- 3Work with residential plumbing systems including fixtures drains water lines sewer systems and repiping projects
- 4Support larger projects such as sewer replacements reroutes and plumbing upgrades
- 5Use diagnostic equipment like cameras testing tools and inspection devices
- 6Prepare job sites tools and materials for efficient service work
- 7Explain plumbing problems and solutions to homeowners
- 8Build knowledge to eventually run personal service calls
- 9Maintain reliable work ethic and strong mechanical aptitude
- 10Hold a valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
- 11Demonstrate professional communication and customer focus
Requirements7
- 1Hands-on experience in plumbing construction HVAC or another skilled trade preferred
- 2Basic plumbing knowledge or 6+ months of plumbing experience
- 3Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- 4Reliable hardworking and dependable attitude
- 5Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record
- 6Professional communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- 7Ability to accept coaching follow directions and continuously improve
Salary Insight
$37 - $48k per year
