What You'll Do13
- 1Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems including wiring lighting panels breakers conduit disconnects and control systems
- 2Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems equipment and infrastructure to guarantee reliability and uptime
- 3Calibrate equipment to specifications and verify proper operation
- 4Support power distribution systems for modular data centers assembly lines and manufacturing equipment
- 5Inspect test diagnose and repair electrical issues to minimize downtime
- 6Read and interpret electrical blueprints schematics one‑lines and diagrams
- 7Ensure installations comply with electrical codes OSHA requirements and company procedures
- 8Complete documentation for repairs maintenance activities and service logs
- 9Maintain inventory of electrical supplies spare parts and tools
- 10Follow OSHA safety standards and support safe energized work practices
- 11Assist production teams by safeguarding electrical systems in welding fabrication paint assembly and integration zones
- 12Identify recurring failures and lead root cause analysis using structured problem solving
- 13Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost reliability energy efficiency and uptime
Requirements14
- 13–5 years experience as an Electrician Industrial Electrician or Journeyman Electrician
- 2Strong ability to read electrical blueprints schematics diagrams and one‑lines
- 3Working knowledge of electrical theory materials controls motors and industrial equipment
- 4Experience using hand and power tools for electrical tasks
- 5Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in an industrial setting
- 6Capacity to lift carry and handle up to 50 pounds
- 7Flexibility to lift bend climb squat reach and kneel
- 8Valid driver’s license
- 9Apprenticeship technical school or trade program completion preferred
- 10Journeyman Electrician license preferred
- 11Background in industrial manufacturing modular or contract manufacturing
- 12Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs electrical calibration and reliability systems
- 13Exposure to modular data center infrastructure power systems or electrical integration
- 14PLC troubleshooting or controls experience preferred
