Overview
We seek an experienced Journeyman Automotive Service Technician to deliver quality repairs and excellent customer service within a union environment. This role offers a sign-on bonus and benefits including medical dental vision insurance and a 401(k).
What You'll Do7
- 1Perform repairs and maintenance according to repair orders and manufacturer specifications
- 2Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines transmissions electrical steering suspension brakes and air conditioning
- 3Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical issues
- 4Perform warranty repairs following manufacturer standards
- 5Communicate repair recommendations and additional service needs with the Service Advisor
- 6Maintain a clean safe and organized work area
- 7Stay current on manufacturer training and new vehicle technologies
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2ASE Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- 3Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- 4Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties
- 53-5 seasons of relevant automotive service experience
