What You'll Do10
- 1Work directly alongside participants at their job sites providing real-time support and guidance
- 2Deliver hands-on one-on-one coaching to help participants complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- 3Provide appropriate emotional support helping participants navigate challenges and stay engaged throughout their workday
- 4Use positive redirection techniques to guide participants back to tasks and reinforce expectations
- 5Build and reinforce strong work habits accountability and professional behavior in the workplace
- 6Communicate clearly and consistently with employers supervisors and the Dutton Farm team to ensure success
- 7Identify challenges quickly and take initiative to implement practical solution-focused strategies
- 8Maintain accurate timely documentation in alignment with Dutton Farm standards
- 9Uphold safety expectations and address any concerns right away
- 10Track progress toward employment goals and celebrate measurable achievements
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma required
- 2Must be 18 years or older
- 3Ability to pass a background check
- 4Preference for experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- 5Concrete technology references such as Spark Airflow
