Overview
PURIS seeks a dedicated Jet Truck Vactor Operator to lead industrial cleaning operations across North America. The role involves safely operating CDL Class A or B vacuum trucks to remove waste liquids and debris while maintaining strict safety and regulatory standards. What You'll Do11
- 1Safely operate CDL Class A or B vacuum trucks following company policies and safety regulations
- 2Remove waste materials liquids and sludge from tanks pits vessels and industrial structures using vacuum equipment hoses and attachments
- 3Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of vacuum trucks reporting issues promptly
- 4Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels inspecting hoses and fittings and cleaning filters
- 5Ensure proper handling transportation and disposal of waste materials complying with local state and federal regulations
- 6Maintain accurate documentation of waste removal activities including manifests and disposal records
- 7Adhere to safety procedures including use of personal protective equipment and lockout tagout protocols
- 8Participate in safety meetings and training sessions promoting a culture of safety awareness
- 9Identify potential hazards and suggest improvements to enhance safety measures
- 10Accurately record and maintain job-specific documentation including work orders inspection reports and incident reports
- 11Collaborate with team members to provide detailed information for project reports and coordinate communication with supervisors and project managers
Requirements12
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CDL Class A or B certification required
- 3Spark and Airflow expertise
- 45+ years experience with data tools
- 5Proven track record in data analysis
- 6Ability to work in extreme environments and confined spaces
- 7Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively
- 8Detail oriented reliable and capable of following orders with minimal supervision
- 9Proactive problem solving mindset
- 10Understanding of standard field pipe rehabilitation installation procedures
- 11Experience in working within diverse teams
- 12Motivated individual willing to learn and advance professionally
