JBPM Developer, Telecom BSS/OSS
Overview
Own the design and development of JBPM-based workflows for Telecom BSS/OSS environments at TechSpace Solutions Inc. What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement JBPM process models for Telecom BSS/OSS workflows, including order management and service activation.
- 2Develop and maintain process flows, business rules, and data models using JBPM, Drools, and KIE.
- 3Integrate workflow solutions with existing Telecom BSS/OSS systems (e.g., CRM, Billing, Inventory).
- 4Debug and fix process execution issues in JBPM environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- 5Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to technical workflows.
- 6Drive continuous improvement of process efficiency by analyzing workflow metrics and refining process definitions.
- 7Ship code that adheres to best practices in version control, testing, and deployment within an Agile team.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of hands-on experience with JBPM (or jBPM 6/7) in enterprise projects.
- 23+ years of experience in the Telecom domain with exposure to BSS/OSS processes.
- 3Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate for building process components.
- 4Experience integrating JBPM with REST APIs, SQL databases, and JMS.
- 5Proven capability in designing process flows using BPMN 2.0 standards.
- 6Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
- 75+ years of experience with workflow automation and business rules management (preferably Drools).
