Overview
You will own the design, build, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka at Marici Solutions in Atlanta, GA. You will work on hybrid schedule, collaborating with a technology team on microservices architecture and relational database integration. What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement RESTful microservices using Java and Spring Boot to handle high-volume transactions.
- 2Architect event-driven data pipelines with Kafka to ensure reliable message processing.
- 3Debug and optimize SQL queries against PostgreSQL or MySQL for performance.
- 4Build unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure code quality.
- 5Collaborate with DevOps to deploy services on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
- 6Refactor legacy code to modern Java 17 standards and patterns.
- 7Drive code reviews and mentor junior developers in microservices best practices.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of professional development with Java (Java 8+).
- 23+ years building microservices with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- 32+ years working with Kafka for event streaming.
- 4Strong SQL skills with MySQL or Oracle for complex queries.
- 5Experience with REST API design and JSON.
- 6Familiarity with Git, Maven, and Jenkins for CI/CD.
- 7Knowledge of AWS services or other cloud providers.
