Overview

Lead a nightly crew at a commercial account in Houston Texas as a working lead role. You will clean alongside 2-6 team members and own building results. What You'll Do14

  • 4Confirm attendance and report callouts to Site Supervisor immediately
  • 5Hold team to high standards addressing issues on the spot
  • 6Walk building and inspect completed work before crew departure
  • 7Complete nightly inspection checklist and shift report
  • 8Track supply levels and submit orders before running out
  • 9Report equipment failures and safety hazards same night
  • 10Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including vacuuming mopping scrubbing restrooms and disinfecting surfaces
  • 11Clean glass windows shampoo carpets replacing light bulbs and restock supplies
  • 12Secure building at shift end managing lights doors alarms and keys
  • 13Represent company on site and serve as client contact
  • 14Maintain professional appearance and handle bilingual communication needs

Requirements10

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 22+ years commercial janitorial experience
  • 31+ year leading or training others in any setting
  • 4Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • 5Knowledge of commercial cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
  • 6Ability to read and complete inspection reports
  • 7Strong communication skills with management and clients
  • 8Bilingual English Spanish preferred
  • 9Pass background check and be physically able to lift 50 lbs
  • 10Dependent detail-oriented accountability
