Overview
Full-Time Janitorial Specialist must work between 3pm-3am in Metro Detroit. Responsible for traveling to client locations providing shift coverage assisting staffing needs and maintaining facilities to high cleanliness standards. Floor care experience required. Open availability needed.
What You'll Do7
- 1Clean and sanitize restrooms
- 2Vacuum sweep and mop floors
- 3Collect and dispose of trash
- 4Dust and wipe down surfaces
- 5Perform floor care services including stripping waxing and buffing
- 6Assist with coverage at multiple locations
- 7Complete other janitorial and cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements8
- 1Previous floor care experience including stripping waxing and buffing
- 2Prior supervisory experience
- 3Reliable transportation ability to travel between locations
- 4Strong attention to detail
- 5Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
