As a Janitor with Allied Universal, you'll own the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned commercial spaces, tackling tasks from waste removal to restroom sanitation. What You'll Do10
- 1Empty and clean all waste containers, transport trash to designated areas, and damp wipe containers.
- 2Empty and clean ash trays, monitor sand urns, and restore sand as needed.
- 3Dust all image frames, charts, graphs, and wall hangings.
- 4Damp dust ceiling diffusers, partition grilles, registers, and other ventilating louvers.
- 5Vacuum mats and carpeted areas in workplaces, lobbies, and corridors.
- 6Hand dust and clean office furnishings, files, fixtures, paneling, window sills, and flat surfaces.
- 7Wipe and buff metal fixtures and bright work.
- 8Clean and buff tile floors, damp wipe and buff glass furnishings, and clean entry door glass.
- 9Remove stains from doors, door frames, and around light switches.
- 10Wash and sterilize water coolers, sweep stairways, mop floors, and sanitize and restock bathrooms.
Requirements4
- 16+ months of janitorial or similar cleaning experience.
- 2Ability to follow written and oral directions.
- 3Flexibility to perform assigned duties per client specifications.
- 4Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks and stand for long periods.
