Overview
HCI seeks IT Asset Management Analyst to manage hardware and software assets in Northern Virginia. Candidate will perform reconciliation reporting and trend analysis. Responsibilities include confirming secure storage and reporting discrepancies. This role differs by requiring quarterly hardware and COTS software need projections.
What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct reconciliation activities and generate reports
- 2Perform trend analysis and inventory reviews
- 3Confirm compliant assets are stored within two business days
- 4Report discrepancies to DT/EA/CST within one business day
- 5Audit installed equipment for proper license assignment
- 6Prepare semi-annual software and hardware inventories
- 7Maintain asset records in ILMS Asset Management module
- 8Project hardware and software needs for three quarters
- 9Develop and enforce IT asset management policies
- 10Manage enterprise asset inventories for laptops servers and network equipment
- 11Create semi-annual inventory reports
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree with 9 or more years of relevant experience
- 2Master of Arts or Master of Science with 7+ years of experience
- 3PhD with more than 7 years of experience
- 4Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree and 5+ years of experience
- 5Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
