Lead and manage residential real estate listings for investors in California. Build a listing- and investor-focused business from inbound homeowners and landlords. Provide monthly face-to-face appointments and present investment options.
What You'll Do9
- 1Meet with homeowners tired landlords and accidental landlords from inbound opportunities
- 2List and sell residential real estate presenting options sell rent or build an investment portfolio with C&C Property Management
- 3Prepare market analyses and walk clients through basic real estate and investment concepts
- 4Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts for buyers and sellers
- 5Work leads and appointments turning them into long-term clients
- 6Receive monthly tangible showing and appointment leads with live consumers often same day
- 7Engage in inbound conversations and face-to-face appointments with landlords and investor-type clients
- 8Attend 4-week ramp including a 2-week intensive bootcamp and weekly team huddles
- 9Utilize ongoing weekly training and hands-on mentorship with dedicated onboarding contact
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2California real estate license active or enrolled in licensing courses
- 33-5 seasons of relevant professional experience
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5BCBA certification optional
- 6AWS Certified preferred
- 7Python proficiency required
- 8Ability to work on the road full time or part time contract
Salary Insight
$24 - $96k per year
