What You'll Do11
- 1Meet with homeowners tired landlords and accidental landlords from inbound opportunities
- 2List and sell residential properties present options sell rent or build investment portfolios
- 3Prepare market analyses and explain real estate investment concepts
- 4Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts for buyers and sellers
- 5Work generated leads and appointments into long-term clients
- 6Receive monthly tangible showing and appointment leads with live consumers
- 7Participate in inbound conversations and face-to-face meetings with landlords and investor clients
- 8Transition from buyer-focused to listing-focused business model
- 9Complete a 4-week ramp including a 2-week intensive bootcamp
- 10Attend ongoing weekly team huddles and live virtual training sessions
- 11Get hands-on mentorship and a dedicated onboarding contact
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2California real estate license or enrollment in licensing courses
- 33-5 seasons of professional experience
- 4Pay commission-only with earnings based on production
- 5Full-time or serious part-time work location on the road
- 6Monthly face-to-face appointments with property owners and landlords
- 7Active California real estate license required
