What You'll Do11
- 1Accurately enter and maintain inventory records using Lightspeed system
- 2Tag label and organize inventory items according to company standards
- 3Verify product information for accuracy and completeness
- 4Maintain an orderly inventory workspace
- 5Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits
- 6Experience with databases ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- 7Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- 8Proficient in transcription
- 9Proven organizational skills managing multiple tasks efficiently
- 10Experience in order entry filing or data collection
- 11Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in data entry roles
- 35+ years working with SQL databases
- 43-5 years familiarity with ERP platforms
- 52+ years proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- 61 year hands-on experience with POS systems
- 7High school diploma or equivalent
- 8Valid work authorization for onsite position in Houston Texas
