What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct equipment warm-up and quality assurance procedures to ensure safe operation
- 2Assemble calibrate hemodynamic monitoring equipment adhering to JCAHO standards
- 3Perform Universal Protocol by interviewing patients and verifying procedures
- 4Maintain aseptic conditions during sterile patient preparation
- 5Position patients for optimal imaging while minimizing discomfort
- 6Monitor ECG and hemodynamics independently and document findings
- 7Scrub in as additional operator to assist physicians during procedures
- 8Enter demographic data and complete cath reports under physician supervision
- 9Stay current with procedural developments and attend educational seminars
- 10Manage on-call responsibilities with flexibility across shifts
- 11Participate in post-catheterization patient management
Requirements6
- 1Associates degree in radiologic technology with ARRT certification
- 2Valid Massachusetts radiologic license
- 3BLS and ACLS certifications obtained within three months
- 4Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred
- 55+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 6Experience with Philips and Siemens X-Ray systems
