You will interpret CT scans, chest fluoroscopies, ultrasounds, and bronchoscopies to guide treatment. Work alongside cardiothoracic surgeons and long-term care teams, with access to loan repayment and visa sponsorship. This role offers a $250,000 - $300,000 salary with full medical, dental, and vision coverage.

You will own adult primary care for a diverse patient panel in the Bronx, managing diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease across 3,000+ annual visits. Join a physician-led, value-based care team of 10+ Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, backed by modern clinical infrastructure. This role offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend call, letting you focus on prevention and chronic disease. You will collaborate daily with EMR-integrated care coordinators to improve health outcomes and reduce hospital admissions.
