Requirements5
- 15+ years building endocrine clinics with Spark and Airflow
- 2Board Certified or Board Eligible status in Endocrinology
- 3Completion of Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology Fellowship
- 4Eligible for New York State medical licensure
- 5DEA registration or ability to obtain
