What You'll Do9
- 1Design interiors of representational special areas such as offices and conference rooms
- 2Lead projects influencing new construction across all phases
- 3Develop Furniture Plans and specifications for client presentations
- 4Provide expert advice evaluating proposals and assigned projects
- 5Coordinate interviews and advise on functional adjacencies
- 6Oversee compatibility assessments of existing space versus new requirements
- 7Create comprehensive project plans including budgets and timelines
- 8Acquire and manage fiscal resources for major interior design projects
- 9Manage all aspects of complex interior design projects from planning to completion
Requirements6
- 110 years experience in interior design and space planning for commercial institutional facilities
- 2US citizenship with Tier 5 or higher clearance
- 3Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting and Microsoft Office applications
- 4Experience preparing oral written and graphic design proposals
- 5Mastery of AutoCAD for schematic block plans architectural plans and dimension plans
- 6Ability to lead technical experts independently without supervision

$82 - $103k per year
