Interior Designer, B2B SaaS & Demand Generation
Overview
Design interior solutions meeting client goals across all phases from schematic design to construction administration. Lead cross-disciplinary coordination and manage full project lifecycle independently. Drive client relationships and deliver comprehensive documentation.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build interior design solutions aligned with client objectives throughout project phases
- 2Coordinate design efforts with MEP consultants for cohesive project delivery
- 3Lead interior design project teams providing direction and feedback
- 4Mentor junior team members to develop technical and design capabilities
- 5Participate in client meetings presenting concepts and gathering feedback
- 6Create detailed plans and 3D renderings with presentation drawings and finish boards
- 7Produce construction documentation and conduct quality checks on personal and team work
- 8Assist with submittal process including addenda sketches and drawing revisions
- 9Participate in permitting processes and coordinate with authorities for compliance
- 10Conduct punch-list walk-throughs and follow up on resolution items
- 11Own independent execution across all project phases including FF&E management
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design from accredited university
- 2Approximately 8+ years interior design experience
- 3Relevant project experience in K-12 education workplace municipal or library settings
- 4Proficiency in Revit and Enscape for design documentation and visualization
- 5Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- 6Ability to travel locally approximately twice monthly
- 7Strong knowledge of building codes and standard construction methods
- 8Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple projects and teams
- 9Experience with FF&E including specification and dealer coordination
- 10Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects independently
