Overview
Lead intelligence gathering and analysis for criminal programs at KACE. Support narcotics and firearms trafficking investigations by synthesizing data from diverse sources to identify high-value targets. Drive actionable insights through technical expertise and collaborative efforts.
What You'll Do11
- 1Evaluate information from agency databases social media dark net and open web sources to identify criminal activity patterns
- 2Prioritize and assess reliability of data to determine attribution and monetization methods
- 3Analyze datasets to extract location travel email and IP address details for investigative leads
- 4Document findings and create visual reports for diverse audiences
- 5Assist inspectors with preparatory research for potential referrals
- 6Compile background information using commercial databases and third-party intelligence sources
- 7Utilize compliance tools like USPS BSA Database and SWB Trac for asset seizure processes
- 8Support subpoena content creation and title/ lien reviews for financial investigations
- 9Map geographic data using ArcGIS to visualize criminal networks
- 10Conduct phone toll analysis with PLX or PenLink software
- 11Apply analytical techniques with tools like i2 Analysts Notebook Microstrategy and Tableau
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree in finance information security data science intelligence or related field with 5+ years experience
- 2Top Secret clearance preferred with U.S citizenship
- 3Proficiency in financial analysis regulatory frameworks and money laundering patterns
- 4Experience with BSA data SWB Trac and ArcGIS platforms
- 5Strong research skills across public and commercial databases
- 6Familiarity with phone toll analysis tools and visualization software
- 7Ability to manage time-sensitive projects under pressure
- 8Physical stamina for standing walking and climbing minor obstacles
- 9Excellent written typing and telephone communication abilities
