What You'll Do5
- 1Guide Program Directors on classroom assessments and maintain communication about staff goals
- 2Assess compliance using quality standards measurement tools
- 3Coach educators on completing child assessments and applying data to curriculum planning
- 4Deliver monthly trainings on Teaching Strategies Gold and Creative Curriculum
- 5Facilitate monthly ‘lunch in a bag’ sessions remotely or in person
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training
- 2Teacher Certified by EEC required
- 3Lead Teacher Certification preferred
- 4Knowledge of program quality standards and measurement tools
- 5Strong oral and written communication abilities
- 6Proficient with Microsoft Office and email systems
