What You'll Do6
- 1Collaborate with teachers and provide instructional support as needed
- 2Support and maintain classroom policies and monitor students
- 3Prepare materials and operate classroom equipment
- 4Set up classroom work areas exhibits and displays
- 5Supervise students during lunch recess bathroom breaks hallways field trips and carline
- 6Provide proper example emotional support and general guidance
Requirements5
- 1Associate’s degree preferred or 2 years relevant experience
- 2Ability to adapt to students across preschool through eighth grade and varying abilities
- 3Strong communication skills with students teachers and parents
- 4Experience maintaining safe respectful inclusive environments
- 5Commitment to Christian education and alignment with GCA’s Statement of Faith
