What You'll Do9
- 1Direct dispatching of installation crews to maximize job completion and customer satisfaction.
- 2Build and complete installation job packets, ensuring accurate forms and permits filed for compliance.
- 3Order materials for each project, coordinating with approved vendors to hit cost targets.
- 4Approve crew assignments based on skill and project complexity.
- 5Track unused materials and return or reuse them to reduce waste.
- 6Manage truck and warehouse inventory with weekly cycle counts.
- 7Lead monthly safety meetings and conduct on-site inspections to enforce protocol.
- 8Analyze job costing data to maintain departmental budget within 3% of target.
- 9Develop technicians through one-on-one coaching and technical training sessions.

- 23+ years as an HVAC Installation Technician with hands-on ductwork and equipment setup.
- 3NATE certification strongly preferred.
