What You'll Do10
- 1Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact, ensuring a welcoming experience from the moment they walk in.
- 2Take orders over the phone and at the register, processing cash and card transactions with precision.
- 3Build sandwiches to Jimmy John's exacting standards, slicing through high-volume lunch rushes with speed and accuracy.
- 4Prepare fresh ingredients daily, including slicing all-natural meats and veggies, and portioning house-made tuna salad.
- 5Maintain a spotless store, from wiping down counters to mopping floors and cleaning small wares.
- 6Assist with delivery orders, ensuring they're bagged correctly and dispatched within the 12-minute window.
- 7Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines, including proper food handling and storage.
- 8Support the team by cross-training on prep, register, and line positions to keep operations smooth during peak hours.
