Requirements10
- 1Must be 18+
- 2Must have at 1 year of experience running a team preferably in the food industry
- 3Must be a good coach to develop team
- 4Must be coachable
- 5Experience in dealing with customer and employee issues
- 6Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
- 7Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test
- 8Stand for the duration of your shift
- 9Lift up to 30 lbs
- 10Climb a ladder if needed
