Innovation Delivery Lead, Finance Tech & Innovation Programs
Overview
Own the end to end delivery of innovation initiatives in a finance focused environment at scale across teams. Lead the New Solutions and New Users NSU function to ensure timely adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive value through new services and usage models. This role blends strategy, program management, and hands on delivery to ship outcomes that matter.
What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and deliver innovation programs in Investment Banking or Fintech contexts with a multi disciplinary team
- 2Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps and success metrics for new services
- 3Drive adoption and usage of digital solutions by coordinating training, change management, and enablement activities
- 4Define governance for innovation initiatives as the New Service & Usage General Secretary & Innovation Officer
- 5Coordinate cross functional efforts to move ideas from concept to pilot to production in a controlled, compliant manner
- 6Provide status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications to executives
- 7Ensure delivery outputs align with regulatory and security requirements for financial services
- 8Mentor and lead senior team members to build capability and accelerate delivery
- 9Scale successful pilots into repeatable programs across multiple banking and fintech domains
- 10Drive continuous improvement by capturing learnings and iterating on process and tooling
Requirements7
- 110+ years of experience in Innovation Delivery or Innovation Program Management in finance, investment banking, or fintech
- 2Experience leading multi disciplinary teams and driving programs from concept to production
- 3Strong background in digital solution delivery, change management, and user adoption in financial services
- 4Proven ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
- 5Familiarity with governance, regulatory, and security requirements in financial services
- 6Hybrid onsite model in New York City with local candidates only
- 7Experience working in or with Investment Banking or Fintech clients
Salary Insight
$146 - $208k per year
