- 6Communicate openly with parents/guardians about progress and daily activities

- 10Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure safety
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred
- 2CDA preferred
- 31-2 years of experience with young children in licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- 4Has completed state-required pre-service training
- 5Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in handling children
- 6Strong communication with children, parents, and faculty
- 7Energetic, nurturing, team-oriented
- 8No nights or weekends and holiday schedules
- 9Knowledge of health and safety guidelines
- 10Ability to work onsite in Woburn MA
