- 1Embed ‘People Experience Strategy 28’ across European regions
- 2Collaborate with global People Experience team and Europe leadership
- 3Drive regional projects and monitor implementation timelines
- 4Escalate inclusion issues to Human Capital leaders
- 5Provide data-driven insights for retention and attraction strategies
- 6Track colleague experiences and support wellbeing programs
- 7Develop knowledge of inclusion topics as go-to resource
- 8Prepare agendas and support meetings
- 9Maintain records in fast-moving environments
- 10Create presentations using MS PowerPoint
- 11Use Excel for basic tasks and develop advanced analysis skills
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Ability to use AI for process automation
- 3Specialist knowledge in inclusion and culture areas
- 4Accurate note-taking in meetings
- 5Experience preparing and managing schedules
- 6Strong communication and presentation abilities
- 7Flexibility for global teamwork
