In-Home Sales Closer, Roofing High Ticket
Overview
Take ownership of a pipeline of 8-12 pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments weekly, closing high-ticket roofing deals for a $25M+ residential roofing company ranked #93 on the Roofing Contractor Top 100 and top 2% of Master Elite Roofers. You report to a dedicated sales training team and sell without cold calls or door knocking. The role fits closers from car sales, retail, or inside sales who thrive on commission.
What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct 8-12 pre-scheduled and pre-confirmed in-home appointments weekly
- 2Close sales and achieve sales targets for roofing products and services
- 3Assess homeowner roofing needs and recommend product and service solutions
- 4Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- 5Attend paid two-week training and stay current on company products
- 6Drive to pre-set appointments without cold calling or door knocking
- 7Attend regular sales meetings Monday-Thursday at 11am
- 8Complete thorough documentation of sales activities and appointments
Requirements9
- 13+ years of prior outside sales experience mandatory
- 2Demonstrated history of meeting sales objectives
- 3Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 4Ability to establish rapport and trust with customers
- 5Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 6Open to coaching and eager to acquire new skills
- 7Self-discipline and high motivation for financial success
- 8Proficient in laptops, mobile devices, and tablets
