What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and manage a substantial caseload of family-based and removal defense matters
  • 2Prepare and file immigration applications including I-589 and I-42B with precision
  • 3Draft detailed asylum declarations and assemble evidence for court filings
  • 4Assist attorneys in interviews, hearings, and removal proceedings
  • 5Coordinate with EOIR, ICE, and USCIS to support case progression
  • 6Mentor and guide Legal Assistants on best practices and case documentation
  • 7Maintain accurate case records using Filevine and ensure deadlines are met
  • 8Provide exceptional client communication and explain processes clearly
  • 9Support clients preparing for interviews and hearings
  • 10Respond to USCIS requests for evidence with clarity and accuracy

Requirements10

  • 1minimum 3 years of high-volume immigration law experience
  • 2expertise with I-589, I-42B, bond applications, and family-based petitions
  • 3experience preparing clients and documentation for Individual Calendar Hearings
  • 4strong understanding of asylum processes and complex removal defense
  • 5bilingual fluent English–Spanish required
  • 6Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 7experience supervising or mentoring support staff
  • 8high attention to detail and accuracy
  • 9proficiency with legal case management systems Filevine preferred
  • 10ability to work on-site in Phoenix and Glendale locations
