What You'll Do14
- 1Manage a caseload of H-2B employment-based and family-based immigration matters
- 2Coordinate cases from initial intake through key filing and completion stages
- 3Work directly with employers clients beneficiaries petitioners attorneys and internal team members
- 4Collect organize and review supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- 5Coordinate documentation and information required for H-2B cases
- 6Monitor critical case deadlines filing dates milestones and follow-up requirements
- 7Maintain detailed and accurate case records within the company's case management system
- 8Prepare case materials summaries documentation and internal notes for attorney or senior-level review
- 9Communicate case updates document requests deadlines and next steps clearly to clients and employers
- 10Proactively follow up on outstanding or incomplete information to keep cases moving
- 11Identify inconsistencies missing documentation delays or potential case issues and escalate them when appropriate
- 12Manage multiple active cases and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- 13Maintain strict confidentiality of client employee employer and immigration information
- 14Follow established case-management procedures quality standards and internal workflows
Requirements11
- 113+ years of immigration case management immigration legal support paralegal or related immigration experience
- 2Fluency in both English and Spanish
- 3Experience working with H-2B visas or employment-based immigration matters
- 4Understanding of deadline-driven immigration processes and documentation requirements
- 5Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases at once
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 7Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- 8Ability to communicate professionally with clients employers attorneys and internal teams
- 9Professional judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information
- 10Comfortable learning and working within structured processes and case-management systems
- 11Preference for hands-on experience supporting or managing H-2B visa cases
