ICM Case Manager
Overview

Requirements10
- 15+ years experience in clinical social services or mental health case management
- 2Master's degree in psychology social work or related field
- 3Certification from recognized board for substance use disorder specialization
- 4Valid California driver's license and current auto insurance
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare EHR platforms
- 6Strong knowledge of Spark and Airflow for data pipeline development
- 7Bilingual communication abilities valued
- 8Experience with telehealth technologies and digital therapeutic tools
- 9Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely in diverse environments
