Hybrid BI Architect, AI Transformation Lead & Analytics Modernization
Overview
Own analytics transformation at scale leading data & analytics modernization initiatives. Lead work identification, transition planning, and offshore/offshoring strategies. Partner with business teams to identify AI/ML and automation opportunities and craft roadmaps spanning Wave 1 2 and 3 to deliver measurable outcomes. Work closely with SAP BDC and BO/BOBJ ecosystems to optimize analytics platforms and enable data driven decision making.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and guide analytics transformation initiatives across data, AI/ML, automation, and SAP BDC to deliver measurable business value
- 2Design transition plans and identify opportunities for offshoring, automation, and process optimization to accelerate delivery
- 3Develop transformation roadmaps with phased Wave 1 2 3 plans and define success metrics for each phase
- 4Assess analytics work streams, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines
- 5Identify AI/ML and automation solutions, evaluate feasibility, and propose implementation strategies
- 6Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data governance, quality, and security requirements are met
- 7Lead cross functional teams to deliver analytics modernization projects on time and within scope
- 8Provide thought leadership on emerging analytics technologies and industry best practices
- 9Monitor progress, report status to leadership, and adjust plans based on feedback and results
- 10Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements10
- 1Proven experience leading analytics transformation initiatives in Data & Analytics and AI/ML
- 2Strong background with SAP BDC and BusinessObjects BO/BOBJ
- 3Experience in identifying offshoring, automation, and optimization opportunities
- 4Ability to develop transformation roadmaps and Wave 1/2/3 transition plans
- 5Strong stakeholder management and coordination across multi disciplinary teams
- 6Familiarity with data governance and security considerations in analytics modernization
- 7Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- 8Contract role in Dallas, TX with onsite delivery
- 9Experience delivering analytics modernization projects in enterprise environments
- 10Ability to work in a hybrid on site model and manage complex programs
