HVAC/R Instructor, Technical Training
Overview
HVAC/R Instructor will own curriculum delivery and lab instruction in a new program launching this fall at Douglas Education Center. 3+ years field experience and EPA certification required. The role combines classroom teaching with hands-on lab work for adult learners. You will mentor students, evaluate progress, and help shape the program's direction. This position offers a daytime schedule with no on-call work.

Requirements8
- 13+ years hands-on HVACR industry experience
- 2EPA certification required
- 3Strong practical knowledge of residential and commercial HVACR systems
- 4Clear communication and effective work with adult learners
- 5Comfort with basic technology for instruction and student tracking
- 6Preferred: Teaching or training experience
- 7Preferred: Journeyman or Master HVAC license
- 8Preferred: Experience across HVACR service, installation, commercial, and controls
